It's Mr Steve Ignorant from Crass doing a bit of karaoke back in Manchester at the Mayflower October 1st 1981. Back when he still had his spiky mane. He has however turned into a somewhat moaning bald old git these days, but serves on a lifeboat so he can't be all that bad. In fact those threadbare threads he's wearing look like he's just been shipwrecked himself. In his prime he was still the most original punk vocalist since Jah Rotten!!!... no two ways about it!
