Everyone needs a call of nature including Jello Biafra of the Dead Kennedys. Regan was in
power but he wasn't getting Jello's vote and a rather good 'Holidays In Cambodia' 45 had just
been released by the Dead Kennedys so maybe thats why he's grinning inanely!
